Lentil and mushroom loaf; cranberry, ice wine and tarragon gravy; sauteed spinach

A simple holiday loaf (lentils, sweet onions, mushrooms, gluten flour, tamari, canola oil, sea salt, vegetable stock) with cranberry, ice wine and tarragon gravy (ice white wine, cranberries, organic sugar, coconut oil, tarragon, vegetable stock, tamari, unsweetened soy milk, arrowroot, nutritional yeast), and sauteed spinach (spinach, sea salt, nutritional yeast, olive oil).
