Fresh pretzels with tahini and miso fauxmage


Fresh from the oven!  I ate a lot of pretzels when I was young, mostly from street vendors.  I always loved them.  My version of them are whole wheat with a little kosher salt.  These were served with a tahini and miso fauxmage sauce (tahni, miso, garlic, nutritional yeast, paprika, turmeric, sea salt, and arrowroot for the thickner).  The sauce is a basic variation on one of the sauces in New American Vegan.
